I used a hay wrapped wreath with plastic overlay then raided my summer fabric stash that included Lilly Pulitzer fabric, mermaids and other fun prints! Next I made some ribbon, felt, and fabric scrap flowers, added some starfish, made a cute bunting out of felt and there ya have it!
If interested I am taking orders for wreaths with same or similar summer fun fabrics, they are priced at $50.00.
