This is the juicemaster's "Super chute juice", a concoction of all vitamin goodness. It goes down smooth and the beet gives it a little bite, although I'm not a beet fan this one is still doable. It also has the wake me up taste with the chunk of ginger in it. Not pictured is the little handful of blueberry's I tossed in at last minute too.

Product Rave!
This Christmas my 3 year old is really into Santa and baby Jesus, so she has Elf on the shelf, and has been playing with our porcelain manger scene. Unfortunately she has broken a few heads off the people. So my solution was to get a indestructible one, here is my find! Fisher Price Little People manger scene from Toys r us at a good price of $19.99! Love it!

Day 5
I'm continuing to enjoy the cleansing journey as this week continues and energy is increasing as well. Today I ran/walked 2 miles for the first time in awhile and the juice I drank prior was like drinking a coffee or latte! I am missing going to Starbucks though, just a habit I guess. You know its a habit when your 3 year old is saying "go to Starbucks!" every time we pass one!!
Here are some pics of a few of the juices I have made this week.

Day 1
So I started the cleanse yesterday and wanted to update everyone on how it went. I used some produce I had at home for the first two drinks then around noon I went to the grocery store to buy day 1-3 of the list. My cart was overflowing with a colorful array of fruits and veggies and the two produce managers were getting a big kick out of helping me find the whole list. The one ingrediant that was a mystery was the "courgette". They had never heard of it and neither have I, so I went to grab the yogurt while they did some research and I decided just to google it and surprise it was the UK term for zucchini!!
So my total bill for the shopping trip was $46.67.
I made the the JM's Super Chute Juice, Turbo Express, and the Lemon/Ginger Zinger all of which are soo yummy and not gross at all. So far so good and no hunger pains! I will post a pic of my produce haul and pic's of all the drinks for Day 2.

7 lbs in 7 days, ready set, juice!
Now that my youngest is 4 months old I'm ready to get back in shape, get my energy back and of course lose some baby weight. I have owned a Breville juice fountain since 2009 when I did the Martha Stewart whole living cleanse right after New Years. I felt awesome right after and I'm really excited for this great plan I found while searching "juice cleanse". It's called "7 lbs in 7 days" the creater is Jason Vale, the juicing guru of the UK and the man behind Katie Price aka "Jordan"s baby weight loss. Other celebs that are fans include Drew Barrymore, Jen Aniston just to name a few. Sounds good huh?
His website is http://www.juicemaster.com
Check it out!
So follow my journey it's gonna be a juicy week!

Juicing!
If you haven't juiced before now is the time to start! Juicing is a great way to start a day or even use as a meal replacement. It just always make me feel lighter and cleaner. Here are some pics of my juice I made late yesterday afternoon and sipped on till dinner time. It makes me eat less at dinner and sometimes I even save some for after dinner so my munchies don't get the best of me! I try to buy what is on sale that week at the grocery store, and not just fruits, try to aim for 70 percent veggies 30 percent fruit, so it is a tiny bit bitter and sweet.
